Silkroad international Bank officially opened up for business leveraging “One Belt One Road” to enhance China-Africa cooperation

On January 18 2017,The President of the Republic of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh, attended the inauguration ceremony and also has been granted award plaque from Silkroad International Bank.

The Finance Minister of the Republic of Djibouti and Chairman of the Board of Silkroad International Bank,Ilias Moussa Dawaleh,the Chairman of the Central Bank of Djibouti Ahmed Osman, the Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Djibouti, the Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Group and Chairman of the Silk Road E-Merchants Informations & Technology Co., Ltd., Hu Jian Hua attended the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony, Silk Road International Bank issued the first batch of African style series of Zebra cards, the President of the Republic of Djibouti became the No. 001 user and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Djibouti,the No. 002 user.
