On September 28, 2016, the Chairman of the Central Bank of Djibouti,The HonourableMr Ahmed Osman provided Silk Road E-Merchants Djibouti a provisional license on the name of “ Silkroad International Bank “,which allow Silk Road International Bank to carry out banking business in Djibouti, marking the initial success in the establishment of Silk Road International Bank, which has also a milestone significance.
